Confidentiality obligations may also be governed by separate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

Engaging Linked BPO does not create an employer-employee relationship between the client and Linked BPO personnel unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

Payment Terms

Where applicable:

  • Payment schedules shall follow the executed service agreement or invoice.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension.

  • Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Additional work beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the applicable service agreement.

Linked BPO reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the website or services where these Terms have been violated.

Force Majeure

Linked BPO shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, labor disputes, government actions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
